EcoCafe Haiti coffee is organically grown on some of the highest mountains in North Central Haiti in the area of Ranquitee. Our coffee is shade-grown on privately owned Haitian farms and is hand-picked, hand-processed, sun-dried and hand-sorted to produce the finest, highest quality Arabica bean available in the Caribbean. EcoCafé is an organized coop of about 50 families aiming to reclaim Haitian land for farming. With a simple but substantial mission, EcoCafé enables economic self-sufficiency in rural Haiti by cultivating, processing and exporting quality Haitian coffee and to restores the heavily deforested ecological environment to good health.
